 An Enquiry into Fascism

View Teachers' Notes for Section 2: An Enquiry into Fascism

In this section we are going to learn about fascism.

Fascism is political.

Some people think politics is boring.  They think it doesn't matter to ordinary people.  They think politics is for politicians who live in a world away from ours.

But politics is about POWER and it affects the everyday lives of all of us.

Politics affects you.

But do you affect politics?

If you understand politics, you will understand who holds power in the world.

Fascism is a dangerous, political system that must be challenged.

Use this section, to deepen your understanding of political ideas about power and people.  Work out who holds the power in fascist society.  Learn why fascism is dangerous.  Consider how it could affect you.
